President Joe Biden addresses the nation Thursday to explain how 12 members of the U.S. military and more than 90 civilians were killed in Kabul in a single day under his evacuation plan.
Biden now owns the largest number of single-day military casualties since August 2011 – when his former boss was in the White House.
The address is scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. EDT (it appears that he will be late for this one too.)
